Burrata In Barcelona

I often find myself getting manic in the planning process of a trip. My anticipation shoots through the roof and I begin to build things up pretty high... such was the case with a certain tapas dish I found while researching for a recent trip to Barcelona, Spain. After scouring the internet & Instagram, I found TAPEO. A quaint tapas restaurant in the Gothic quarter known for their Burrata.

Presentation may not do it justice but we found ourselves back again and again to TAPEO on our long weekend in Barcelona. 

Another dish of note at TAPEO was their Iberian Pork Ribs. The most tender, fall of the bone meat in a sweet & sticky glaze.

They are located directly across from another worthwhile & highly rated Tapas joint, El Xampanyet.
