While there’s nothing I’m super excited about menu-wise (RIP GLONUT), the experience of simply visiting the space is fun. There’s a more than decent beer selection and ever changing ‘experiments’ in the form of drinks.
ITALY:
Mezzi Rigatoni: Vodka Sauce, Crispy Pancetta, and Parmesan Cheese.
We’ve seen many changes at the Italy global marketplace these past few years… Some winners and some clear misses. I’ve eaten a BOATLOAD of Italian food (specifically pasta) in my life.. somehow this has to be one of the most perfectly cooked al dente pasta I’ve ever had.. .Shocking, I know. Somehow this tiny hut has created a near perfect version of Rigatoni Vodka. They also didn’t skimp on the sauce or the perfectly crisped pancetta. Portion sizes are pretty huge so share this one.

Banana Almond Soft-serve Sundae with Fresh Berries and Chocolate Almond Streusel.
Refreshing yet light returnee won’t weigh you down A.K.A. leave you with room for more food. A favorite of the festival desserts for sure.
